The Competition Council examined the support measure granted to J.S.C. "Apă-Canal Leova" by the Leova regional Council regarding the transmission in economic management of some fixed assets for water and sewerage services. The Competition Council Plenum decided that the support measure notified by Leova regional Council, the beneficiary of which is J.S.C. "Apă-Canal Leova", by which the fixed assets where granted in economic management, constitutes compatible aid in the sense of State aid law no 139/2012.
