The Competition Council examines the notification received from the village hall of Măgdăcești, Criuleni district, regarding the transmission in economic management of some goods to Î.M."Apă - Canal Măgdăcești" for providing the services of water supply and sewerage.

The notification became effective on 07.09.2018.

In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
