The Competition Council investigates the non-notification of an economic merger with taking the control of ”Neocontact” S.R.L. and ”Niroen-Com” SRL.

The Competition Council investigates the non-notification of an economic merger with taking the control of  "Neocontact" S.R.L. and  "Niroen-Com" SRL.

In accordance with CAEM Rev 2 (Clasificatorul Activităților din Economic Moldovei) the activity conducted by "Neocontact" SRL is
brokerage to trade in various products.

In accordance with CAEM Rev 2 (Clasificatorul Activităților din Economic Moldovei) the activity conducted by "Niroen-Com"  SRL is
activity Wholesale of meat and meat products.

 In this context, the Competition Council of Republic of Moldova is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties based on this particular economic merger and how it affects the relevant market.
