The Competition Council investigates the non-notification of an economic merger with taking the control of „Happy Coffee" SRL.

In accordance with CAEM Rev 2 (Clasificatorul Activităților din Economic Moldovei) the activity conducted by „Happy Coffee" SRL is restaurant actvities.

In this context, the Competition Council of Republic of Moldova is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties based on this particular economic merger and how it affects the relevant market.
