The Competition Council analyses the merger through which "Sopharma" AD took over "RAP PHARMA INTERNATIONAL" SRL. Both entities operate activities related to pharmaceutical market.

The Competition Council will assess the merger in order to determine the compatibility with a normal competitive environment and will issue a decision within the time prescribed by law.
