The Competition Council has examined the notification received from the „Orange Moldova" S.A. enterprise.

The economic concentration refers to the entire undertaking of Î.M. „Sun Communications" S.R.L.

Implied parties both of them are active in telecommunication sector.

The mentioned above transaction will be assesed in accordance with Regulation on economic concentrations approved by the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council No 17 as of 30 August 2013.

In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
