The Competition Council is examining the notification received from Ministry of Economy

The Competition Council is examining the notification received from Ministry of Economy on the grant of support measure, under art. 12 para. (4) of Law no. 1308 of 25.07.1997 on normative price and sale and purchase of land, as exemption S.A. "CAAN" on compensation of losses caused by the exclusion of land from the category of agricultural land, by moving it into the category of land for industry, transport, telecommunications and other destinations.

The notification became effective on 04.04.2016.

In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
