  The Competition Council is examining the notification received from Rogojeni Village Hall, Șoldănești district, on the transmission of some goods in management to S.A. "Servicii Comunale Florești" Florești city, for providing the services of water supply and sewerage.

  The notification became effective on 28.12.2015.

  In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
