The Competition Council examines the notification received from the Chisinau Mayoralty, with regard to the support measure granted to JSC “Apa Canal”

     The Competition Council examines the notification received from the Chisinau Mayoralty, with regard to the Chisinau Council Decision nr. 7/48 of 05.09.2014 on the exemption from the annual allocation of JSC “Apa Canal” in the municipality budget, as a part of the Net Profit obtained in 2012 year. The notification became effective as of  25.09.2014.
