Identification of evidence in dominant position abuse discussed in a workshop in Hungary

During 2-4 December 2014, OECD GVH Regional Competition Center, held a workshop on difficulties in identifying evidence in dominant position in Budapest (Hungary). From the competition Council of the Republic of Moldova were nominated to attend the workshop Elena SEDLEŢCHI, Main State Controller, Legal Department and Margarita BALICA, State Controller, Horizontal State Aid Department.

    The representatives of the Competition Council presented a case study on establishing a dominant position abuse that has generated discussions and questions which were successfully answered.
