The fine imposed on the company "Etalonus Grup" has been collected in the state budget

By Decision of 5 February 2015, of the Plenum of Competition Council, the enterprise "Etalonus Grup" LLC was sanctioned with 115,951.60 MDL. The fine was imposed for the implementation of economic concentration, before obtaining the necessary authorization from the competition authority.

On 29.04.2015, the fine has been paid to the state budget, confirmed by a copy of the payment order, submitted to the Competition Council by the sanctioned organization.
