The Competition Council examines the notification that was received on behalf of City Hall, Chişinău regarding the support measure offered to S.A. “Apă –Canal Chişinău”

     The Competition Council examines the notification received from the City Hall, Chişinău regarding the warranty offered by the Municipal Council to S.A ”Apă-Canal Chişinău” for the loan offered by BERD and BEI. The notification became effective as of 27 November 2014.
