The Regulation on State aid for research, development and innovation was published

     On 29 November 2013 theDecision of the Plenum of theCompetition Council nr.8 din 30 august 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 276-280 as of 01.11.2013) entered into force, approving Regulation on State aid for research, development and innovation.

     The regulation at issue is drafted in view of enforcing the Law on state aid no 139 as of 15.06.2012 and transposed the European norms related to state aid for R&D&I.

     The Regulation on R&D&I transposed the norms on categories of beneficiaries and aid for R&D&I, as well the criteria for state aid granted indirectly to the undertakings by means of organizations from the research and innovation field.

     The regulation at issue provides for the criteria of granting aid for R&D&I, namely: intensity of the aid, eligible costs, conditions of granting the aid and conditions regulating the aid cummulation etc.
