Regulation on state aid granted to small and medium sized enterprises was published

     On 08 November 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council nr.10 as of 30 August 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 252-257 as of 08.11.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on state aid granted to small and medium sized enterprises.

     The regulation at issue transposes the European norms related to the field and sets the conditions to be observed insofar the state aid granted for the promotion of investments in SMEs, consultancy andparticipation in fairs, be considered compatible with the common competition environment, as well contains the Special Form for notification of state aid for SMEs, annex to the Regulation.
