Regulation on state aid for establishing undertakings by women entrepreneurs was published

     On 25 October 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council nr.7 as of 30 August 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 238-242 as of 25.10.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on state aid for establishing undertakings by women entrepreneurs.

     The regulation at issue is drafted in view of enforcing the Law on state aid no 139 as of 15.06.2012 and transposed the European norms related establishing undertakings by women entrepreneurs.

     The regulation transposes norms related to the conditions of granting aid, categories of beneficiaries, aid intensity and eligible costs, as well conditions regulating the state aid cumulation and conditions for monitoring the state aid for establishing undertakings by women entrepreneurs.
