Regulation on state aid for training employees and jobs creation was published

     On 18 October 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council nr. 5 din 30 august 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 228-232 din 11.10.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on state aid for training employees and jobs creation.

     The regulation at issue is drafted in view of enforcing the Law on state aid no 139 din 15.06.2012 and aims at regulating the way of granting state aid for training employees, for employing the disadvantaged workers and for employing workers with special needs.
