Regulation on state aid register was published

     On 11 October 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council no 3 as of 30 August 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 222-227 as of 11.10.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on state aid register.

     The regulation at issue is drafted in view of enforcing the Law on state aid no 139 as of 15.06.2012 and aims at recording state aid, in view of ensuring transparacy while using state resources, of administrative-territorial units and of legal persons who administrate, in any form, state goods or goods of administrative-territorial units, as well introduces the form of reporting the state aid.
