Regulation on economic concentrations was published

     On 11 October 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council no 17 as of 30 August 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 222-227 as of 11.10.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on economic concentrations.

     The regulation at issue is drafted in view of enforcing the Law on state aid no 139 as of 15.06.2012 and transposed the European norms related to the field and sets the general framework on the conditions of notifying procedure and assessment of economic concentrations, calculation of aggregate turnover, forms of notification, as well the guide for filling the form on notification of an economic concentration.
