Regulation on the notification form, examining procedure and decision making on state aid was published

     On 27 September 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council no 1 as of 30 August 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 213-215 as of 13.09.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on the notification form, examining procedure and decision making on state aid.

     The regulation at issue transposes the European norms related to the domain and sets the general framework on forms of notification, terms and procedure of examination of notitications, investigation procedure, assessment of compatibility of state aid with regular competition environment, monitoring, verifying, recovery of illegal state aid or the state aid abusively used, as well the procedure of decision making in the state aid field.
