Regulation on assessment of horizontal anticompetitive agreements was published

     On 13 September 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council no 14 as of 30 August 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 198-204 as of 13.09.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on assessment of horizontal anticompetitive agreements.

     The regulation at issue transposes the European norms related to the field and sets the general framework of assessing the horizontal anticompetitive agreements, individual exemption thereof under art.6 para.(1) from the Law on Competition  no 183 as of 11.07.2012  and direct block exemption of R&D agreements and specialized agreements under art.6 para. (3) from the mentioned Law.
