The Competition Council is led by the Plenary of the Competition Council.
The Plenary of the Competition Council is a collegial decision-making body composed of 5 members, including a president and two vice-presidents, who are, respectively, the president and vice-presidents of the Competition Council.
Members of the Plenary of the Competition Council exercise functions of public dignity. The staff of the Competition Council is composed of specialized staff, which falls under the scope of Law no. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 regarding the public office and the status of civil servants and technical staff.
