On 11 Mark 2014, Viorica CĂRARE, President of theCompetition Councilof the Republic of Moldova had a working visit in Ialoveni rayon.
The president of the Ialoveni rayon council, mayor and the deputy mayor of Ialoveni,heads of the deparments, of the rayon council and of the mayoralty of Ialoveni participated at the meeting. They exchanged information and established mechanisms of identifying the state aid during the meeting.
The main subjects addressed during the meeting were: enforcement of the Law on state aid, means of granting state aid, forms and criteria and the beneficiaries thereof.
The president of the Competition Councilspecified the importance of proper application of this law, drawing attention on the importance of the fact that any state aid to be granted shall be authorized at the Competition Council.
If a decision of granting state aid is not notifying to theCompetition Council, it shall be deemed illegal shall be recovered mentioned Mrs CĂRARE.
The goal of the meeting was to promote an efficient collaboration with the providers and the beneficiaries of state aid, and provision of specialty assistance on the means of granting state aid for the establishment of a common competition environment, which guaratees the successful implementation of the commitments made by the Republic of Moldova in the field of competition.
