Friday, the 6th of February 2015, within the Competition Council, held the first meeting of the inter-institutional working group for identifying the anticompetitive barriers. In this matter, the Competition Council held a workshop with the representatives of ministries, central administrative authorities and regulators in order to familiarize them with the state policy in the field of competition and state aid.
Competition Council is an autonomous public authority, responsible to the Parliament, which ensures the application and compliance with the legislation in the field of competition, state aid and advertising within the limits of its competence. The Competition Council ensures that all commercial entities play by fair and equal rules.
