During 25 February – 1 March 2015, the delegation from the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova , led by the President of authority Viorica Carare, participated at the event dedicated to” The Activity Report for 2014″ of the Brasov Territorial Department of the Romanian Competition Council, and also to the Working Guide with local authorities.
During the event, the delegation had the opportunity to assimilate the experience of the competition authority from Romania regarding the organization of territorial competition inspectorates and the practices for discovery and investigation of violations of the competition law and state aid.
