On February 20, 2014 , in Parliament was adopted in first reading draft law amending and supplementing some laws ( Law on Joint Stock Companies – Article 10 , 29 , Law on Advertising – Articles 27 , 28, 29, 30 , etc.) no. 540 of 12.27.2013 .
Draft Law on amending and supplementing certain acts was developed by the Competition Council in order to bring the legislation in force according to the provisions of the Competition Law No 183 of 11.07.2012 and the Law on State Aid No 139 of 15.06.2012 and for creating the conditions that would allow the Competition Council to ensure effective enforcement of legislation in such fields as competition, state aid and advertising.
This project aims at effective and uniform application of the provisions of legislation on competition and state aid, and will at the same time create the conditions necessary for the Competition Council to achieve its tasks delegated by law.
