During April 17th – 19th, the Competition Council s employees made a visit to the Competition Council of Romania.
Within this mission they have been trained in the field of collecting and examining evidence in investigating cases of anticompetitive agreements.
The overall purpose of the seminar is to take on the best European practices that will contribute to substantially improving the competitive environment and, as a result, to increase the wellbeing of consumers.
This visit was organized with the support of Romania s Development Cooperation Program (RoAID) and is the result of a good bilateral collaboration based on the Agreement of Cooperation on competition policy between the Romanian Competition Council and the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova. We are grateful to the Romanian colleagues for their shared experience and support.
