The implementation of the provisions of the National Program on Competition and State Aid for 2017-2020 was the subject of the discussion at a new meeting held on Thursday, January 25th, 2018, at the Competition Council office.
The meeting was attended by a representative of the State Chancellery who, together with the representatives of the Competition Council, discussed on the 1st – 4th part of the Action Plan regarding the implementation of the provisions of the mentioned Program, especially about the exclusive rights existing in the entities subordinated to the State Chancellery.
In this respect we reiterate that on 20.07.2017 by Law no. 169 (Official Monitor no.301-315 / 533 of 18.08.2017), it was approved the National Competition and State Aid Program for 2017-2020, according to which central public authorities will ensure the implementation of the Program provisions and will present to the Competition Council information on the implementation of the Program’s provisions for the year 2017.
