The participants will have the opportunity to be actively involved in simulating a case for solving an application for annulment of the decision to declare the state aid incompatibility adopted by the Competition Council.
We are delighted that this important event, which hosts speakers with many years of experience in the field, has an absolutely brilliant format and we believe it will be one of the most useful for all attendants.
Thus, the program for judges was launched within the framework of the World Bank Competitiveness Enhancement Project CEP II.
We would like to mention that the World Bank Project in addition to the series of workshops to be organized by November 2017 has produced a brochure for judges involved in civil cases, with the aim of informing them about the importance of the state aid issue under national law (Law No 139 of 15 June 2012 on state aid) and the best practices applied in the countries of the European Union.
Project implemented by the World Bank Competitiveness Enhancement Implementation Unit (CEP II) as the Contracting Authority and the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova as the beneficiary of it.
