Event organized with the support of the EU Project “Support to the Competition Council”, funded by European funds.
Right now, the XV edition of the Competition CaFE, brought together over 45 participants, representatives of the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, of the European Union Project “Support for Competition Council”, judicial executors and representatives of NUJE Moldova and Romania (National Union of Judicial Executors) at a roundtable “Implementing Pro-Competitive Mechanisms in the Activity of Judicial Executors”.
The event’s moderator, Viorica CĂRARE, the President of the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova, opened the event with a welcome speech.At the event Nicoleta CRIÅžAN, Competition Inspectorate, the Services Directorate of the Romanian Competition Council will participate with a presentation on the experience of the Competition Council of Romania. At the same time, Georgeta RAPORTORU, Vice-President of the Chamber Judicial Executors of Bucharest Court of Appeal, will talk about “Compliance with the decisions of the Competition Council in Romania in relation to the actions / non-actions of the LPA”.Subsequently, the court executors and representatives of the NUJE Moldova are invited to discuss the issues they are facing and will have the opportunity to put questions to their colleagues in Romania.Ion Å¢ĂRNĂ, Head of the Legal Department of the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova, will present “The problems encountered in the execution of the decisions of the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova”.
The round table was organized by the Competition Council under the European Union Project “Support to the Competition Council”.
