The South Territorial Office of the Competition Council, at the request of the Cahul Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, continued the training seminars with the representatives of the local public authorities of level I and II, within the information campaign on the field of support measures that may constitute state aid under law 139/2012 on state aid. The second joint event with the Cahul Office of the State Chancellery, from the series of seminars was organized with the secretaries of the local councils from Cantemir district on 20.04.2022, and on 27.04.2022 with the secretaries of the local councils from Taraclia district.
The seminars were opened with a greeting speech of Mr. Igor SEVCENCO, Head of the Cahul Territorial Office of the State Chancellery.
At the same time, the Competition Council reiterated the need for the correct application of the provisions of the state aid legislation by the providers of the support measures, in the part related to the provision of accurate and complete information in order to report and notify the state aid, including the observance of the terms of reporting or notification at the stage of intention of the support measures that may constitute state aid.
