These initiatives are subject to public consultation, and all interested stakeholders are invited to submit opinions, proposals, and recommendations.

Competition Council is an autonomous public authority, responsible to the Parliament, which ensures the application and compliance with the legislation in the field of competition, state aid and advertising within the limits of its competence. The Competition Council ensures that all commercial entities play by fair and equal rules.
