The Competition Council has sanctioned today ,6 th March 2015, 4 enterprises, on the case aimed on exaggerated and concomitant increase of prices of appliances.
These companies have declined to provide specific justification for the decision to simultaneously increase theprices of electrical products .
The total amount of the fines 5.3 million MDL, must be paid by “Maxitech-ST” LLC, “Rolling International” LLC, “Technotrade” LLC and “AV Electronic” LLC during60 days in the state budget.
