Competition Council examines the received notification on behalf of S.A. ĂœElectric power distribution North West which refers to dividendĂ™s tax exemption with regard to project of Government Decision of dividendĂ™s taxes exceptions or exemption from annual allocation in the state budget a part from the Net Profit achieved in 2013 for certain enterprises. The notification became effective since 15.08.2014.
