On March 19, 2014, 10:00 am Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova will hold a working meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
The main purpose of the meeting is effective and fair implementation of the Law on state aid and its provisions. During the meeting will be discussed the subjects related on the ways, forms and criteria of state aid reporting.
The meeting will take place at the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova, MD-2001 Chișinau, blvd. Stefan cel Mare, 73, 3rd Floor, Session Room.

Competition Council is an autonomous public authority, responsible to the Parliament, which ensures the application and compliance with the legislation in the field of competition, state aid and advertising within the limits of its competence. The Competition Council ensures that all commercial entities play by fair and equal rules.
