Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 14.00 there will be a working meeting with the participation of representatives of the Competition Council and the State Agency for Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova.
During the meeting will be discussed issues on ways, forms and reporting criteria for state aid.
Meeting will take place at the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova, MD-2001, Chisinau, bd. Stefan cel Mare, 73, 3rd floor meeting room.
We remind you that the Law on state aid came into force on 16 August 2013 It establishes the legal framework for licensing arrangements, monitoring and reporting of State aid beneficiaries in all sectors of the national economy, except agriculture, in order to maintain a normal competitive environment.
