The Plenum of the Competition Council authorized the state aid granted to î.M. “Calarasi Communal-Household”. It was found that the support measure notified by the Town Hall of Calarasi regarding the transfer of some goods to the state administration constitutes state aid and is compatible with the normal competitive environment.
The state aid granted to î.M. “Calarasi Communal-Household” is necessary for the operation of the public sewerage service under normal conditions of continuity and safety and will not distort competition.
