The Competition Council examines the notification received from the Cantemir City Council on the transmission of some goods in management to î.M.”Gospodăria Comunal – Locativă Cantemir” for providing the services of sanitation.
The notification became effective on 30.05.2017.
In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
