On May, 23 2014, at 14.00 Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova will hold a working meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova.
Scopul principal al întrevederii este implementarea eficientă și corectă a Legii cu privire la ajutorul de stat și prevederilor acesteia. în cadrul ședinței vor fi abordate subiectele privind modalitățile , formele și criteriile raportării ajutorului de stat.
The main purpose of the meeting is effective and fair implementation of the Law on state aid and its provisions. During the meeting will be discussed the ways and reporting criteria for state aid.
Meeting will take place at the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova, MD-2001, Chisinau, bd. Stefan cel Mare, 73, 3rd floor room for meetings.
We remind you that the Law on state aid came into force on 16 August 2013 It establishes the legal framework for licensing arrangements, monitoring and reporting of State aid beneficiaries in all sectors of the national economy, except agriculture, in order to maintain a normal competitive environment.
