The Competition Council sanctioned the company “ETALONUS-GROUP” Ltd with 115,951.60 MDL for the initiating and carrying out the merger, without having the necessary authorization from the Competition Authority.
Competition Council is an autonomous public authority, responsible to the Parliament, which ensures the application and compliance with the legislation in the field of competition, state aid and advertising within the limits of its competence. The Competition Council ensures that all commercial entities play by fair and equal rules.
