Competition Council examines the notifications received from the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications on the intention of granting the support measure to SE “Post of Moldova” and SE “Radiocomunicatii” in exempting from paying to the state budget of a portion of net the profit obtained in 2016.
The notifications became effective on April 9th, 2017. In this context, the Competition Council is interested in receiving comments and views from third parties in connection with the mentioned notifications, which can be mailed to the following address: mun.
