Right now, at the Competition Council headquarters, a seminar dedicated to the implementation of the state aid legislation has been held, bringing together the representatives of Business Incubators and representatives of the Organization for Development of the SME Sector.
During the seminar, various issues related to the application of the provisions of the legislation in the field of: the procedure for granting and reporting de minimis aid, the alignment of the existing state aids schemes in order to fulfil the commitments assumed within the framework of the Moldova-EU Association Agreement.
Finally, participants will have the opportunity to address questions and engage in discussions.
