Summary of the Competition Council Decision No. ASS - 01 as of 18.01.2019

The Competition Council examined the notification sent by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research on the partial compensation of the costs related to the creation of cinematographic products granted to legal entities operating in the field of cinematography. As a result of the examination, it was found that the notified aid measure constitutes State aid and is compatible with the normal competitive environment.
