Summary of the Competition Council Decision No. ASO - 83 as of 20.12.2018

The Competition Council has examined the support measure concerning the exemption from VAT without deduction applied for national passenger transport and for the sale of tickets for the national passenger transport.

It was founded that the support measure mentioned previously does not constitute State aid within the meaning of art. 3 of the Law on state aid 139/2012.
