Summary of the Competition Council Plenum Decision No. ASS-73 as of 11.10.2018

The Competition Council examined the sub-measure no. 1.6, notified by the Agency of Interventions and Payment for Agriculture, regarding the stimulation of the investments for the development of the post-harvest and processing infrastructure, which is part of the measure no. 2 regarding investments in the processing and marketing of agricultural products, annex no.1 to the Government Decision no. 455 of 21.06.2017, and found that the measure constitutes state aid within the meaning of art. 3 of the Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 on state aid.
