The Competition Council Plenum Decision no. 17 of 22.05.17 has stated the violation of art. 68 paragraph (1) letter d) of the Competition Law no. 183 of 11.07.2012 manifested through refuse to comply with an inspection carried out pursuant to art.56 and 57, for which it was fined 39 183 lei 21 bani. Fine set to be paid within 60 days the state budget.
