Summary decision of Competition Council Plenum No. ASR - 42 as of 26.08.2016

The Competition Council has examined the notification received from the Cristești Village Hall, Nisporeni district regarding the transmission in management of some goods. The state aid granted to Î.M. "Crisbolțun" is necessary for operating the water supply and sanitation public service and it does not distort competition unduly.

It was found that the notified support measure constitutes state aid within the meaning of art. 3 of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 regarding the state aid and it is compatible with a normal competitive environment.
