Summary decision of Competition Council Plenum No. AAP-32 as of 23.06.2016

On 26.11.2014 by provision no. 13 by the Plenum of the Competition Council was ordered initiation of an investigation on alleged anticompetitive actions of the National Bureau of Motor Insurers (NBMI)of Moldova achieved in relation with S.A.R. ,,Moldcargo" S.A.
As a result of the investigation, Competition Council found the infringement of art. 12 para. (1) letter a) of the Competition Law no. 183 of 11.07.2012 by NBMI manifested by refusing to release to S.A.R. " Moldcargo " S.A. the forms of certificate for insurance ,,Green book" in the period 07.10.2014-31.12.2014.
