Undertaking „Bucuria”, fined with over 1.8 million MDL for unfair competition

The Competition Council sanctioned „Bucuria" S.A. with over 1.8 million MDL for illegal copying of confectionery packaging „MU" and „PARKUR", belonging to another undertaking. The decision on finding the unfair competition actions was taken on 07 June 2024.
